Sonnybrier offers lessons in driving and handling minis for 4H and performance events. In addition, driving training and conditioning is available for minis and very small ponies. We specialize in preparation of driving horses for the show ring and for the combined driving venue.

We have driven all sizes of horses from Clydesdales to 29inch minis. Our place combines the quiet atmosphere of the rural setting with the availability of fairgrounds, roads, town to season young driving horses gradually to the noise and bustle of a more public setting.



Some of our success stories include show horses, youth horses, combined driving horses, pleasure horses, rescue horses.

All have gone on to successful careers, most with new owners. They have competed in and out of the ring, done parades, pony rides and weddings.
